The book is really something else - you won't find in it promises about overnight weight loss or some secret methods, you will find just weight loss fact that helps you to understand your issue. There's a lot of science and a lot of reality in that book.

You can find the book very educative, because you will learn a lot about carbohydrates, protein, and fats. The main aim of the book is to teach you how to eat right and how to create your own meals.
